Tell us the move
Where from, where to, home size and your preferred date. A list, photos or a short video of what is going helps.
Written quote
We talk through volume, access and the right truck option by phone, then put the quote and the pickup and delivery arrangements in writing.
Loading day
Furniture is wrapped, padded, loaded in order and strapped for the highway. Basic dismantling is handled where required.
Delivery
We confirm the delivery arrangements with you before arrival, unload into the rooms you choose and reassemble what was dismantled.
On request: bubble wrap, cling wrap and extra padding for glass, mirrors, stone tops and polished furniture, and a packing service quoted separately as materials plus a location-based service charge. Packing it yourself? Wrap glossy and scratch-prone pieces before moving day.
Interstate removalists: practical questions
Do you only move people to and from Adelaide?
No. As well as routes to and from Adelaide, we run Melbourne to Sydney, Sydney to Brisbane and Melbourne to Brisbane in both directions. Send us your route and dates and we will confirm availability.
How soon can you pick up, and how long does the move take?
They are two separate things. How soon we can pick up depends on when a suitable truck is scheduled for your route. Transit time after pickup depends on the distance and the truck option you choose. Both are confirmed in your written quote before you book.
How much does an interstate move cost?
It depends on how much you are moving, access at both addresses, your dates and the truck option. Send us a list, photos or a short video and we will give you a written quote. Call 0481 353 300 and speak with our support team for a tailored moving quote.
Do you offer packing and added protection?
Yes, both on request. Packing is quoted separately as packing materials plus a service charge that depends on your location. Added wrapping for fragile or polished pieces can be arranged when you enquire.
Can you move just a few items interstate?
Yes, where truck space and timing allow. Furniture-only and part loads usually travel as a backload.
